This past weekend, we initiated the new winery with three barrels of 2008 wine, and it was a relatively painless process. wink wink. Javier only lost one finger! J/K
Anyway, we’ve welcomed our newest additions to the inventory family. A 2008 merlot, cab franc, a cab sav all Washington state wines. We’re soon to round out our family with some 2007′s moving in the next month.
