The Blending Room would not run without the endless encouragement and hard work of Sales & CellarMaster Javier aka Jonathan. 
Since the inception of the winery, Jonathan has worked diligently as the CellarMaster coordinating production operations and developing the manufacturing techniques employed by our nano-Winery.
