A Perfect Pairing
Each Friday from 4 – 6PM we’re getting together with the Lake Chelan Cheese for our Perfect Pairing Event. Last Friday September 4th, we put our Firá Gewurztraminer, My Derby Wife Merlot, and Kamari Black Label Reserve Malbec to the test. The kids from the Cheese Shop came back at us with stinky Gorgonzola Piccante, pressed Comté, and nutty Emmentaler. It was such fun to share with locals and tourists alike the bounty of two little, neighboring businesses on the North Shore of Lake Chelan in Manson.
